"This book is like a Sunday morning in Berlin: hungover, naked, and unforgettable."
"Women can do anything, and can, or so it is at least proclaimed, also become anything: they can elect themselves chancellor or president, win Nobel Prizes and run DAX companies, fly into space and ride rodeos. Only one thing they seemingly cannot do: live out their desires in a self-determined way and book a callboy – and yet they do."
"A text like a late-night conversation at 3 a.m.: honest, raw, and urgently needed."
"This journal wants to go out into the world and at least onto every second bedside table of a woman."

You may already have collected a method, a format, experiential knowledge. You work in a body-based, boundary-sensitive, queer-informed or sex-positive way. And you want to write a book that educates, accompanies, shakes things up or calms people down. Neither adapted. Nor over-explained.
We know: It takes more than a good text to become visible with these topics. It needs a protected space, a well-thought-out attitude – and a format that doesn’t constantly shatter in algorithms, community guidelines or platform boundaries.
That’s why we make books.
While posts are deleted, reels are restricted, and accounts are blocked, the printed word remains – and has an impact. A book is a safe medium for complex, intimate, or political topics. It allows depth. Differentiation. Clarity. It protects your words from the filter – and brings them where connection arises: into the hands of your readers.
The Berlin-based publishing house “Vast Chili Nova” invites you to meet. Not only with new people … but also with your own self – raw, unadulterated, down to the skin. Between the lines, spaces open up for what has not yet been told, to explore the hidden paths of one’s own nature and give it an unadulterated voice.
Vast Chili Nova publishes “difficult” books.
Books on physical self-determination, embodiment, social criticism, sexual education, kink culture, queer life realities and border areas.
You are not the “exotic special case” here – you are part of a program that puts exactly these topics at the center. With a team that understands your language. And with an audience that knows what it’s about – and wants more of it.
We accompany you – from the first conversation to the publication.
With clear language, clear focus – and an open heart.
Send it over! We want texts that let us explore and understand more about our needs and are happy to address taboo topics. (Please only non-fiction books/guides, etc. ... we unfortunately do not publish novels.)
Our books and non-book articles get the full program of a classic book publisher and more. We design them in close coordination, as it fits the content and take care of the production...
We bring our books out into the world – into bookstores and at events. We make sure that they reach people who want to discover what has long been inside them.
If you feel that your topic needs space –
then we invite you to talk to us.
Perhaps your book is a signal for others.
